Horner & Singer attorneys have assisted clients in purchasing and selling hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial real estate, ranging from some of the largest power centers in California though industrial projects and office buildings. We also have represented several commercial condominium developers and are experienced in the specific issues related to commercial condominiums. From the purchase and sale agreement, through due diligence, estoppels, title, environmental, escrow and closing, we are prepared to guide our clients through the most sophisticated commercial real estate acquisitions. In 2012, we assisted a well-known equity fund in the acquisition of a Safeway center in Northern California, with a redevelopment plan in place. Also in 2012, we assisted a client in a joint venture with an equity fund and purchase of a very large single tenant industrial project leased to a Fortune 500 company. In 2012 we completed a large out of state shopping center acquisition, and handled numerous refinancing assignments across the country.
